The lady at the front desk she was really helpful when we had to switch rooms cause of all the issues that were not our fault and they let us use the pool at the neighboring hotel which was a relief since it turned the whole situation into a kinda vacation instead of just evacuating and the breakfast had eggs and sausage so that was solid too
